We now open on all bank holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday. Our opening hours vary around Christmas and Easter. At least a weeks warning will be given when we change our regular operating hours: notices will be posted around the gym and this page will be modified to include the different hours of operation. Also, whenever we are upgrading our equipment or extending the gym we may close areas of the gym for safety reasons.

Occasionally, we are forced to either open slightly later or close slightly earlier than these hours. This is due to equipment maintenance and cleaning which is unavoidable. We work to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness and we hope that you will appreciate the clean and safe gym that our opening policies result in.
