We are finally able to open an eating establishment right in the gym! Offering low fat, training oriented meals perfect for pre and post workout. The diner, which will be in a traditional American diner style, will seat approximately ten to twelve at the same time and is a much anticipated and long awaited addition to the gym. We will be serving professionally made coffee soon too!
MMA Fight Cage - NOW INSTALLED!
Our MMA octagon has now been installed! Manufacturered for us by Powerzone UK / FightCage.co.uk. We are currently in the process of organizing which classes to put on and getting our schedule worked out. Also, we will be announcing soon a new range of membership prices tailored specifically for martial artists to come and train and still save money. We will be offering professional MMA classes, as taught by experienced fighters and qualified instructors.
